adjust icon size on Ultra HD 4K screen

I am unable to get the toolbar icons to scale appropriately on a Dell xps 15, with Ultra HD 4K screen (15.6-inch 3,840x2,160 touch display).

See the attached screenshoots of the windows screen settings, xyplorer screen and configuration settings.

The text elements scale but the toolbar icons do not.

Is there a way to scale the toolbar icons?

Try this: Tools | Customize Toolbar... (Ctrl+Shift+F9)
