Change date of multiple files

I am sure I must be overlooking for this obvious function: where is the function to change the date of multiple files in one go?

E.g. in the right click context menu - Rename Special - Batch Rename...
It has the necessary support for <date(m|c)? <format>> variables...

Or maybe just use Info Panel | Properties | Created, Modified, Accessed. Click what is to be modified, make the change then finally click on the green checkmark icon. Once you get the hang of it pretty slick really.
