Didn't XYPlorer used to do this?

I remember that when trying to add a comment to a folder, I would right-click the Comment column and as long as I had the folder selected, it would say something like :"Add comment to selected folder".
This was great! While now, what happens to me so often is that I mistakenly paste the comment on a folder above or below the one I have selected!?

Is this a setting I can re-enable?

Click on the row in the comment column where you want to paste the clipboard content and you get a popup menu with:
Paste Comment: <content of the clipboard>?
