isn't enabled.

Can't explain why it's not working on your PC... Does it work when you use a fresh instance? Type:
fresh;
in the address bar and hit the enter key

It's not really a fix, all settings changes you made previously are not there anymore. The question is, which setting(s) did you change that lead to this non working behavior...

Nothing...I'm a new user, so I've just gotten around to creating catalogs and working with tabs and panes, no settings edits so far
