Possible set shortcut to "Go to focused item in new tab"?

Hi,

When you right click an item there is the option "Go to focused item in new tab".

I tried to find this item in Tools>Customize Keyboard, in order I can set my own shortcut to that feature. Initially, I couldn't see this item.

Through Customize Keyboard, is it possible set shortcut to "Go to focused item in new tab"?
