XY displays them correctly when they have an embedded thumbnail. If not you need an additional software like http://www.fastpictureviewer.com/codecs/ (paid)...

ACDsee(Free version of the official) has been installed in the computer, Why doesn't the XYplorer use ACDsee to preview PSD? Thank you very much for your help.

AFAIK ACDsee also shows only embedded thumbnails. And even if not, XY cannot use ACDsee.

Probably because it doesn't install a (32-bit) preview handler
