The What's New for Release 17.30 demonstrates using Find Dangerous Characters for setting up one Color Filter. Can a knowledgeable user suggest if a filter should be employed for any other really nasty characters?
Don't want ALL possibles just those that are really a "clear and present danger".
Thank you ...

Re: Find Dangerous Characters
I'm currently using this filter, which includes the directional formatting code plus a homolog and others from another post here. But I noticed it includes cyrillic characters, which one might remove from the filter (not sure which code).
Code: Select all
"Bad Characters" name:<U+0425>;<U+200E>;<U+200F>;<U+202A>;<U+202B>;<U+202C>;<U+202D>;<U+202E>Running on Windows 10 Pro 64-bit quad-core ASUS G752-VY notebook with 64 GB RAM, over 26 external USB3 drives attached via multiple powered hubs with letters and mount points, totaling 120+ TB. Jerry - Thank you for sharing your knowledge and code. These days it is hard to feel really safe using a computer or virtually any on-line device.

Re: Find Dangerous Characters
You're welcome, IoU. But it's no huge knowledge on my part, I just picked up this stuff from the forum. I did come across the X homolog on my own, U+0425, and was rather shocked at that. But the directional formatting code has been new to me. I'm not sure how dangerous these characters are --- but they are certainly a nuisance.Irwin of Upton wrote:Jerry - Thank you for sharing your knowledge and code.
