Some Color settings not changing or saving

I'm just starting to experiment with colors so I have not tried all of them, only Colors: Tree, Tab, List (Browse) and Other.

1. Most color settings I tried immediately appear changed when I close configuration [click OK] but this one does not change: List (Browse)|Selected Rows. I used the same color (80FF80) as Tree|Highlighted which changes and saves, but it does not change nor save in List (Browse)|Selected Rows.

2. After File|Save Settings, + File|Settings Special|Save Configuration (do these two save operations do the same thing?), Exit, Re-open XYplorer; some colors are not showing as changed. For example these two: Other|Inactive Pane, and List (Browse)|Selected Rows (mentioned above). Note that Other|Inactive Pane does change initially, but it does not get saved. There may be others. There are so many color settings, perhaps these are not being re-read from the settings file.

This color seems to be governed by Windows. In Windows 7, classic theme, you could set this color, but no longer in Windows 10, at least not easily and reliably.

Thanks Jerry. Seems odd that so many colours can be changed in-app but some cannot - or perhaps a bug?

Well, xy's Creator, Don, might be able to change more of the colors in-app, including the selected in-focus row color, but in the past, until Windows 10, it was usually best to apply the user's global Windows color configuration for most things.
