You can do it yourself: simply copy XYplorer.exe to another folder and run a 2nd independent EXE as 2nd pane. Configure it to fill the right half of the screen, hide the tree, and voila!lukescammell wrote:I wouldn't mind dual everything - but only if I can specify a different .ini, catalogue and ks.dat (if I choose to).

This all sounds good...but...whenever I've tried having two XY's side by side, it never works out for me, as I'm constantly switching tasks via Alt+Tab, and usually have XY, Win Expl, 2-3 IE's, and sometimes a couple of other appls open also at any time...so when I go to IE or WE and then want to get back to a "dual" XY, I have to reselect each one via taskbar...so for me, a true DP will be the only real solution to those rare times when I need to do a side-by-side XY, and for now, I thus use Xplorer2 Lite...
Still spending WAY TOO much time here! But it's such a pleasure helping XY be a treasure!

I'm with JC here as well, I love the fact that XY only takes up one slot in my taskbar/Alt+Tab. What's the point of a tabbed interface if you have two windows open? (Well, this is the only point and something that would be better solved by dual pane...)
Used to update to the latest beta every day. Now I have children instead…
