Using Windows 7 Home and XY 17.20.01.

Noticed this morning when bringing up the "Show 64 bit Context Menu" the item to initiate a virus check is no longer present. Any ideas?

Microsoft has pushed out several upgrades recently. Does the accusatory finger point to them?

Hmm... I just checked and I am not seeing the Norton Security pull-right menu in my 64 bit context menu. I don't usually use it from there, but I recall seeing it previously. It's still there in the Windows Explorer context menu. Do you see your virus scan item in the Windows Explorer context menu?

I'm using Windows 10 Pro, with the Aug & Sept updates (but not yet the anniversary upgrade). XYplorer 17.20.0032

So a Windows update could still be a factor. But there's also the possibility that a recent update to your anti-virus product introduced the problem. You could check the update history on the product see if it correlates with when you stopped seeing the context menu item. And consider contacting the software vendor since it doesn't appear in Explorer either.
