Problem: Branch View on when new instance of XYplorer starts

thousands of people will not notice any difference because the nowaday default behaviour (1 click after start-up to open the BV) will not be changed

but i am also curious: what is so hard about doing 1 single tiny change in a program that has been through thousands of changes (and obviously will be through thousands new changes)
