Detect Samsung S5

Running Win 10, using Free version of XYplorer.
When I plug my Samsung S5 in, it is not detected by XYplorer.
I have tried refreshing, rebooting, etc. but cannot find the Samsung S5.
Am I missing something?
I would appreciate guidance. Thanks.
