Add to Zip Function

Is there anyway for the Add to Zip function to add things into a .zip as is? In otherwords, if I highlight a folder, I want the folder to be zipped inside as well, not have the files taken out in the process.

Makes for a very poor experience when trying to add multiple files and folders to an archive since the .zip function in Xyplorer makes it all a jumble of files :/

Could you reply with the steps you're taking, what they result in, and what you expect/desire instead?

I can see no problems with the current functionality. Two folders selected with one file in each of them results in a <xxx>.zip file that contains both of these folders. No "jumbling" of files...
