Vista Ultimate&Enterprize - XY activated
File context menu shows installed programs like: PSPad, TextPad, UltraEdit, Kaspersky, Winzip ...
After 5-10 minutes those items disappear from the menu.
After restarting (could be restarted from the File menu) they are there again ... and then they again disappear.
Anyone?

Sounds impossible. No ideas. (No Vista here.)

This happens on two Vista computers.
Here are some pictures - screen with two XP started - left one 10 miutes earlier than the rigt one - pictures show file context menu on same file.

At the same time windows exploreer and DOpus are OK.

There's nothing suspicious in the code, nothing cached, nothing that could explain this behavior. Time ("10 minutes") cannot possibly be the source of it. It must be some action happening within that time, some event that somehow persistently alters the state of the machine (of your system or of XY or both).PizzaS wrote:This happens on two Vista computers.

Sorry, I have currently no idea what that could be.
