GIF preview didn't work problem

Xyplorer didn't play GIF images, instead it shows fixed image from the GIF image. I don't have any idea why could this happen.
I checked the preview file extensions and everything looks fine.
Any ideas or troubleshoot steps?

I tried versions 16.70 and 16.90. still the same problem

Your preview is created by the shell (for whatever reason).
- What happens when you use:
::fresh; {ENTER}

in the address bar and preview it in the fresh instance?
Still a preview created by the shell?

Can you zip the .gif animation and attach it to the next post (if it's too large, post it on some file hoster)?

It works! Finally... it works at fresh state and after restart the prog, it works as expected
