UDC Open With On .lnk Files

Not completely sure if this is a bug or not but under the User-Defined Commands > Open With, shouldn't this resolve the .lnk files first before actually opening it up with the desired program?

Basically C:\Notes.txt:
1. Open E:\Users\AstroBoy\Desktop\Notes.txt.lnk > lnk is processed and notepad.exe opens up C:\Notes.txt
Instead of currently:
1. Open E:\Users\AstroBoy\Desktop\Notes.txt.lnk > lnk is not processed and notepad.exe opens up the actual lnk file

In the last 9 years (since UDC) no link was ever resolved here and nobody ever complained. So probably it's a feature.

Let's see if you find followers... (but note that in PFA we just did the opposite: change it from "resolve all links" to "resolve no links").

Interestingly though, why was it changed from "resolve all links" to "resolve no links" in the first place?
