TAG Problem when copy xyplorer from computer to another one

Hi ,i have a pc and laptop, both using xyplorer
-in both of them xyplorer have the same location "E:\Program Files\xy\XYplorer.exe"
-in pc there are files name E:\GAMES\PC\uppervolta-\upillu3098.7z
-in items tag list of PC the tag are "E:\Games\PC\uppervolta-\upillu3098.7z|0|||||||c146" (comment "c146" without quotes))
I intended to copy that file from PC to laptop, and also transfer tag of that file (to laptop) ,too ,so i did the following :

-I copy that file from PC to laptop ,to the same location E:\Games\PC\uppervolta-\upillu3098.7z ,but that file has no tag
then i delete the old xyplorer folder of laptop ,and copy entire xyplorer folder from PC to laptop,to the same location "E:\Program Files\xy\"
I expect when view in xyplorer (of laptop), the item "E:\GAMES\PC\uppervolta-\upillu3098.7z" should have comment "c146"
but there is no comment for that file
the weird thing is : when i open "edit tag item" panel, it still has the line "E:\Games\PC\uppervolta-\upillu3098.7z|0|||||||c146"

*question :
i don't know why xy cannot display the tag for that file,although there is tag for it in the list
How to transfer tag from one computer to another ?
Any help would be much appreciated

Your problem is: The tag database consists of case-sensitive entries!

At least from what you are posting you are using a.) GAMES and b.) Games as a folder name. They differ -> Tag not found for that file in that folder...

One way to get tags working on a second computer with equal drive names: Use portable tags

Menu - Configuration > Tags > Enable portable tags

Second way. Copy the tags.dat file into the data folder of the second XY instance (other PC) and from there reread the tag database:
Menu - Favorites - Reload Tags Database

Third way. Sync all tags via a common tag database on a network share.
The "Admin Settings" in the help file of XY tells you how to do this.
