MDBU: recognize unicode
So I discovered MouseDown-BlowUp, really nice and convenient. But to be really useful, I would also need it to recognize files in unicode-format and display them accordingly...

Re: MDBU: recognize unicode
Most of my source-code is help in unicode-files and it's a pity not being able to use such a feature on the files ;-)
Preview and Quick File View do it correctly, but I was so excited when I learned about MDBU and tried it on a few photos - and then it was not useable on my most important files!

I still don't understand. Of course, MouseDown-BlowUp works for Unicode files. There must be some other problem.

Re: MDBU: recognize unicode
I can preview Bangla text in MDBU (albeit a little slower than normal), so I believe MDBU definitely supports Unicode.

Hmm, you are both right - I see it correctly now as well. Either XY was confused earlier on - or I was confused (which is very unlikely, I must say
)
Or maybe I happened to blow up on a corrupt file. I'm glad it works
