I'm posting this in Questions since I hope it's not a bug and just my ignorance. I'm using SC timestamp in a script to set the accessed time for a text file such that I can determine later which was the last text file used or accessed. It was working fine for a long time, but for some reason it's a bit messed up today. My folder with the toolbar text files with their accessed date/time looks like this below.
date_accessed-a_day_ahead.JPG
How can I have an accessed date a day ahead of what it is today. Today is the 15 February and the accessed date shows the 16th. It's like it shifted a day. The script line is simply:
Code: Select all
timestamp a, , "$DIR_TOOLBARS\$TBname.txt";
//another example elsewhere in script...
$toolmen = $toolmen . " timestamp a, , ""$DIR_TOOLBARS\$item.txt"";<crlf><crlf>";
It's seems like the accessed time has shifted a day, but I'm not using shift parameter for SC timestamp unless it's picking it up somewhere or somehow. Any thoughts on why that might have happened? Thanks.
Edit: Very odd...now after using the script's menu to load the text files one-by-one (to change XY's toolbar) resulted in changing the access date/time to access back to the proper access date. So I'm not sure what occurred to make the above happen.
