Can I move fixed preview panel with infos to the right?

No, but a new preview pane at the right is planned.

While you wait, try opening the Floating Preview and then pressing Ctrl+Shift+Alt+F12 to snap the preview window to the right of the main window.

You can see it in action in the v16.10 release notes.

Note: This unfortunately doesn't work for the Quick File View window, which you may mistakenly open when trying to open the Floating Preview on files which it does not support.
