double click turns into rename?

double click turns into rename?

when I double click one file, it turns out to rename it sometimes. I have set the double click speed very low in windows 7.

Is there a way to solve the problem? or can I disable the setting 'double click slowly to rename'? But how?

Menu - Tools - Customize List - [ ] Rename on Slow-Double Click

[ ] -> Uncheck that entry
