I have Name, Extension, and Modified setup as sort options.
This works everywhere except my "Download" folder. It only shows "Name".
Can I make the Download behave like the other folders and display Name, Extension, and Modified?
Sort option in DOWNLOAD folder?

Re: Sort option in DOWNLOAD folder?
Add those columns and use "View - Folder View Settings - Save Folder View"?

Re: Sort option in DOWNLOAD folder?
That doesn't work. As I mentioned, my columns work on all folders except the DOWNLOAD folder. When I open this folder, the settings show I have these 3 columns selected but they don't work on only this folder.

Could you post a screenshot of this DOWNLOAD folder?

Re: Sort option in DOWNLOAD folder?
Maybe you accidentally made the Name column too wide(?)
EDIT: Right-click Name column header and choose "Autosize now."

Re: Sort option in DOWNLOAD folder?
I will post a pic tonight.
I have tried to open the window in full screen and the sort columns were not hidden.
Thanks for your help. I have contacted technical support and was told they were too busy and I should post in the forum.

Try to be patient. My understanding is that Don (Admin, above) is running a one-man show. In spite of this, he's the most prolific developer I know of.
See if you can replicate the problem and then post (here on the forum) what circumstances cause it to happen. Posting a screenshot is a pretty standard first step. After that, Don, or other forum members, might ask for additional diagnostic information...

Re: Sort option in DOWNLOAD folder?
OK, I solved my problem.
As it turns out, I had a very long file name in my download folder which widened the first column to the point, it pushed my other columns closed (off the screen).
I deleted that file and my columns are back.
Is there a way to turn off automatic columns widths so they are fixed?

Re: Sort option in DOWNLOAD folder?
Tools - Customize List - [ ] Autosize Columns
And to not let happen your problem again (even you autosize columns):
Configuration | Styles | Autosize columns maximum width (0 = unlimited)
