:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Sorting columns in the LV

Post by JohnM »

Hello all.

I think I've found a sorting anomaly in the latest beta (6.10.0011) and I thought I would pass on.

To reproduce:
1. I set the LV to sort by the name column ascending.

2. I then dragged a column to a different position. In my example the size column to the left of the name column.

3. I then edited a file within the list view and saved it. The LV is then resorted according to the column that I dragged, and not according to the column with sort indicator. :?

4. The sorting remains like this until I click on the name column heading a couple of times.

5. Now, the sorting now reverts back to the name column as expected until the next time I drag a column.

What do you think?

Cheers
