How to make only 1 XY running at a time

How to make only 1 XY running at a time

This may be a dumb question but is there a way to make sure only 1 instance of XY is running at a time. So when I double Click XY it just brings up the existing window, kinda like photoshop. This would RULE!

Still spending WAY TOO much time here! But it's such a pleasure helping XY be a treasure!
(XP on laptop with touchpad and thus NO mouse!) Using latest beta vers when possible.
