Blank User Buttons in XYplorer.ini

Post by klownboy »

Hi Don or anyone else who may know, I noticed the other day in XYplorer under the [CustomButtons] section that the total count reflected a number of blank user buttons that may have been assigned an action at one time but are now truly blank and are unused (they're present in the left hand, available buttons side of Customize User Buttons dialog). So the beginning of the section looks like this...

Code: Select all

[CustomButtons]
Version=1
Count=42
and the end of the section looks like this...

Code: Select all

35=""vTB_1|:cfi|0|0" Global $vTB="keeper"; load "<xyscripts>\vTB_v1.05.xys";	Global $vTB="MyTools"; load "<xyscripts>\vTB_v1.05.xys";"
36=""
37=""
38=""
39=""
40=""
41=""
42=""
Any particular reason for this? I realize that "toolbar=" in the [General] section provides the list of currently used buttons in the toolbar and it's not a big deal obviously, but I was surprised a little that XYplorer didn't clean up after itself and delete those blank entiries and then update the count to reflect the true state since buttons 36 through 42 are available unused buttons now. Thanks.

Certainly no worries. I only wanted to point it out. Thanks Don.
