Can I CustomButton adjust it opens a particular directory?

Enter e.g.: goto "C:\";
in the "On left click" field

Or whatever folder you want to use...

Or use the shorthand solution (which also makes the button droppable):
Simply enter C:\ in the "On left click" field.
