Sync copy newer files

It seems somewhat easy but I can't find info on this..
I want to sync two folders (including subfolders)..that will copy the newer files such as from c:\example to d:\example

Make sure dual pane view (F10) is active.

Open the c:\example folder in the left / upper pane and d:\example in the right / lower pane

Switch both folders to branch view (View - Views - [x] Branch View)

Left / upper folder active:
Panes - Sync Select...

In that window choose e.g. "Select Newer", evtl. check [x] On both panes

Depending on your selections here all files that have the same name but are newer in the left / upper pane are selected now. If you checked "On both panes", the newer files in the right / lower pane would have been selected as well.

Click one selected file with the right! mouse button and drag the cursor into the other pane.

Choose "Copy here" from the context menu when you release the right mouse button (in the other pane) and answer the question with yes (that's a "rich copy" action)...
