name column lenght

hi
I have using XYplorer for many years and I am not able to find how to manage the length of the "name" column.
I thought that by the "Autosize column maximum width" field, it would take care of the "Name Column" width, but the name column is always short and the names are always truncated.
How do I assign more characters to this particular column?

• [Optional step] First enable Configuration > Styles > Apply list styles globally if you want to apply the fix to all tabs.
• Enable Tools > Customize list > Autosize columns
