to to set PFA to a Modern app

How can I set the PFA to a Windows Modern app (or Universal app)?
For example I have to have the default exe to open pdf files pdf-xchange-viewer in order to display thumbnails in xyplorer.
But I want the pdf files to be opened with the Adobe Reader Touch app. What would be the script to point to a modern app?
