Hi there.
Is there a way I could update list content when navigating thru ctrl+page up/down, without the need to release the ctrl key first?

You're welcome. I use both methods. Ctrl PageU/D to "navigate" in the sense of not browsing but rather looking for a certain tab. Which is why I actually like XY to keep my current list visible.
And then there is "tab list" of course (config settings)
