disable "double-click back-up"?

I don't like the feature of when you double click anywhere that isn't a file or folder, it will back you up to the previous location. This happens to me a lot accidentally and is annoying. Do you know how to fix it? Thank you for your help!

uncheck Tools > Configuration > Menus, Mouse, Safety > Mouse > Dbl-click on empty space goes up
