You can't drag special folders (eg. My Computer, Desktop, My Documents, My Network Places) to the catalog.
test everything. hold on to the good.

Yes, you cannot drag them at all. Use the Catalog context menu.

That's right. It's a bug, the user expects to be able to drag any file/folder to the catalog.
test everything. hold on to the good.
