drop-down menu in "in the last" dialog

Very small wish: is it possible to add a drop-down menu with numbers from 0 till 10 in the dialog "in the last" at "Date" tab? In this case you could put all needed settings there by mouse only.

Why just till 10?
Anyway, try up and down arrow keys to spin through the numbers...
BTW: negative numbers are possible, too (then it's "in the next").
