#882 Add tag by list: How to move focus

By default, focus is on search box, but (using keyboard only) how to move focus to the list of tag items?
Naturally, I would press the Tab key, but nothing happen.
(Other List Management dialog allow Tab to change focus)

when the cursor is in the livefilter box, press tab and the focus move to list, press up or down now to select a tag.

Oh, that's. When I first press Tab, the 1st item is selected but not highlighted so I did not notice
