to make it like this,possible?

I'm pretty sure that depends entirely on the current Windows theme style

In Win7: Control Panel > Personalization > Window Color > Selected Items

Try this Registry hack (then log-off + log on):
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors
Datatype=String
Key=Hilight
Value=any RGB value such as 0 128 0
