OK, so I downloaded the content of a dictionary website using Cyotek WebCopy, but something went wrong and I now have a ton of .asp files with different names but identical content. Is there any clever way to tell XYplorer to delete all files with the same contents, ignoring file names and obviously leaving one?
So I might have sth like:
contentDefinition (23424).asp
contentDefinition (23422).asp
contentDefinition (23423).asp
etc.
the three above with identical content. I'd want to retain only one of them.

Re: Delete files with duplicate content but different file n
Ctrl + f (search function)
"Dupes" tab
Match: Content
When finished, right click into the dupes column and select "Select the non-first items in each group"
All dupes are marked. Delete them...
