Xylporer doesn't "open" when started. Orange flashing button

When I try to start Xyplorer by double clicking on the desktop icon, it usually doesn't open. Instead, a flashing orange tab will appear on the Windows taskbar. I then have to click that in order to open up the program. I just find this very annoying to have to do all the time. This never happened when using the demo version. It started after I paid for the full version. I've attached a pic of the taskbar. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

F9 (Configuration) > Startup & Exit > Startup window state. Make sure that is set to Normal. Save your settings and exit. Now try restarting it again to see if it works.
