LV + Right-Click -> New vs. New Items?

Is there a location within XY where you can configure LV + Right-Click -> "New" to be associated with your LV + Right-Click -> "New Items"?

Why you might ask... Well, if I have my "New Items" text file as "New.txt" then I'd want my keyboard and/or "New" -> New Textfile to utilize the same, not only for consistency and using the same templates as well.
