Access slow network

Access slow network

In Paper contain items in network, which is slow/inaccessible, then showing Paper takes ages
I unticked all "network" options in Configuration | Refresh, Icons, History

Any solution?
I'm a casual coder using AHK language. All of my xys scripts:
