Tiles, Previews still not understanding DNG

I have the official Adobe DNG codec 2.0. It works fine in a 32-bit Explorer (e.g. file dialog in a 32-bit application) but not in XYPlorer 14.60.0200.

Here is a screen shot showing the same directory in both apps:
