Tagging Usability Addition

I would love it if there was a setting where after clicking the "Add Tags" button, it would bring up the "Tag List" dialog box with the current tags for the item already selected.

If multiple items were selected that had different tags, I've seen other programs that use a different style of checkbox (usually a dot inside the checkbox) to indicate that the tag applies to some, but not all of the items. Clicking the "checkbox" to a full check could make it apply to all the items in the list.
