:info: Please include the following information:
1) Your XYplorer Version (e.g., v28.00.0801)
2) Your Windows Version (e.g., Win 11)
3) Your Screen Scaling Percentage (e.g., 125%).

:info: We strongly recommend adding your Windows Version and Screen Scaling Percentage to the Location field in your Profile or to your Signature. That way, you only have to type them once, and we won't have to search for that vital information.

Ctrl+Click side effect

Post by Gandolf »

Ctrl+click: opens the directory in a background tab but it also removes the little "+" box next to the directory and double clicking on the directory will then not open the sub-directories. Double clicking on one of the sub-directories in the list then expands the tree and double clicking on the directory in the tree then works as expected (expands / collapses the sub-directories).

It only appears to happen the first time Ctrl+click is used (and there may be other factors involved).

Version is 5.60.0012 but I don't know how long the bug has been there. O.S. is XP.

Not here. Send in your INI please.

Ini on it's way.

It appears to be related to having a filter set. Without the filter it is O.K.

It also removes the filter from the tab that is active - something I hadn't noticed before.

Thanks!

I fixed the latter issue, and I guess that will fix the other one too (which I strangely could not reproduce).

Thanks Donald. Both fixed. Incidentally, I ran up my old laptop the other day, which had version 5.20.0029, and the Visual Filter bug was there then.

Apologies for not confirming earlier - things have been rather hectic recently.
