Catalog: yellow warning against each item - no drag and drop

Maybe I am not fully understanding how the catalog should be operated.

When I create a new category and indeed some of the old ones, then they show a yellow exclamation warning sign next to them.

Basically, the catalog does not seem to respond to anything apart from being able to create new categories.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium and as a user I am 'logged in' as an administrator.

Catalog used to work fine for me on my old XP machine. I found it really useful but now I cannot seem to get it to do anything.

Maybe you need to update the target paths of the catalog items.
Right click a catalog item, select "Properties". Ensure the file path shown in the "Item" textbox exists. (else click the ... button and point to the correct file.)

Thanks for the help it was the path that needed editing to get the catalog to work and for the yellow question marks then not to appear.

However, I still cannot work out why the left click drag drop is not working. It does not work anywhere. All I get is a line or rule which when you drag it moves the item up or down i.e. it reorders it in the list pane.

I have checked all the settings in the configuration and tried all variations. It seems to be the case that if you right click and drag and drop then it works OK everywhere. I accept that Donald says the right click drag and drop is such that it will always work but how do you set XYPlorer to allow for a 'normal' left click drag and drop?
