Try Ctrl-Tab. It works for me.

Re: how to move between toolbar buttons by keyboard
Sorry yusef88, I'm suffering from "Tabs on the Brain". Get a new mouse!
Seriously there is a nice script by TheQwerty that allows access to all the toolbar buttons. The original intent was to edit toolbar buttons, but with a few tweaks you could use it to operate any of the CTBs. The script is here http://www.xyplorer.com/xyfc/viewtopic. ... ton#p90688 but it no longer works properly due to the CTBname functions for CTBs added a while back and I also tweaked it such that it would work and operate the CTB in lieu of editing it.
What you could do, until you get a new mouse, is assign the script a key using Tools | Customized keyboard Shortcuts to access the CTBs. It's set up now to use the default left click action. With a little work it could probably be expanded to work on either left or right (using trigger), but since in your case it's not being used as a CTB it would be more difficult.
