Mouse Down Blow Up - no preview for PDF,PSD,AI,EPS & Vids

Mouse Down Blow Up: Now it also works for all Video files that you
can show thumbnails for [...] Works for all major image file types, including ICO and PSD, plus PDF (!)
and animated GIF (!).

Test environment:
- latest beta (14.40.0306) configurated
- latest beta (14.40.0306) untouched
- windows 8.1 configurated
- windows 8.1 untouched (vmware)
- with/without PDF-XChange Viewer (windows shell extension)
- with/without codec pack (k-lite, cccp, vista codec package) [or did i used a wrong pack? )
- with/without ghostscript

Problem: no preview
- pdf
- psd
- vector graphic files (ai, eps, ...)
- video files (mp4, wmv, mpg, avi, mkv, ...)

- works with image files (jpeg, png, gif, ico)
