Interesting! I'm using a Windows function to get the weekday abbreviations. Apparently the function fails with Chinese.
I will work out something, thanks!
Any other languages with wrong weekday abbreviations?

I guess, the value you got by Windows function is 周一,周二,周三,周四,周五,周六,周日。 But the calendar header is too narrow to display two Chinese characters. So we can see only 7 "周".admin wrote:Interesting! Re: Chinese by ojcuts
Good theory but the function I use for printing here *should* print the whole string, even if it overlaps. In theory.Michael Lu wrote:I guess, the value you got by Windows function is 周一,周二,周三,周四,周五,周六,周日。 But the calendar header is too narrow to display two Chinese characters. Anyway, do you see English weekdays now in v15.70.0108? And do Chinese users understand English weekdays???
