moving thumbnails directory

Hello,
I want to move my thumbnails directory. Will the thumbnails already created will be used with new location or must I create a new directory and rebuild all thumbnails ?

you can safely move all files in your current thumbnail folder to the new location.
You should do this:
Save settings first. move the files. Restart XY without saving.

If you mean to move the Thumbnails cache folder you should also point this to the new location: Configuration | Thumbnails | Cache thumbnails on disk: [Edit box below]

Yes, I did this. It works fine.
