Registration Name as None!
Purchase as fast as I can, missed the Registration Name, but it "Success" to pay and get license.
Now without a name, I could not enable the software, if it "Success" to pay, why it could not unlock the software?!!
I meant please help to fix it~

He must be on vacation. Don't worry, he will reply.

Re: Registration Name as None!
The registration name is very important since it matches up with the key that is produced. I'm a bit surprised. You should get an email that you used to purchase the license for soon.
If not yet, try to remember what you used as the name and play continuous guess and check till it works.

Re: Registration Name as None!
I meant I did not fill the "Registration Name" and press the "BUY" button directly, seems the web did not check if the "Registration Name" is null but the software check.
So I payed but cound not use it now~

Re: Registration Name as None!
Hmm... well you could try to pay again and use it now. Then when Don comes back from vacation, ask him to refund the first purchase since it was not usable anyway. Don usually works almost every single day for months on end and then take a vacation. So it's really hard to know when he's back but if you're willing to wait then it might be a better way.

Unless the OP was at end of 30-day trial period, he could still use it via that method until he gets a reply from Don and I though he has answered some emails even while on vacation but he stays away from forum usually.Enternal wrote:Hmm... well you could try to pay again and use it now.
Still spending WAY TOO much time here! But it's such a pleasure helping XY be a treasure!

Re: Registration Name as None!
The case is resolved in the meantime. It was a rare combination of forgetting to enter the username and the customer's real name being in Chinese characters. It won't happen again.
BTW, here is a shot from my vacation:

BTW, aliens have started using XY, and since their currency is useless on Earth, they gave Don a pass to see the universe instead. He's apparently making good use of that.
