2-monitor support to include showing lists - same monitor

I'm running 2 monitors. I typically keep XY on my right-hand monitor.

When I click the Favorite Folders button on the toolbar, the list of folders appears on my left-hand monitor. Not terrible. Just not as useful as having it displayed right along with the program on the same monitor.

Yes some menus do popup on the wrong monitor, this is a known issue (due to the language compiler) but needs quite some rewrite in order to be fixed.

Thanks for the references to other posts on this. Like I said, this is not major to me. When it's eventually addressed, that will be great.

Orson, I to look forward to the day this is complete as XY lives on my 2nd monitor, so it's quite a pain to have lots of the menus appearing on the primary one. Kinda takes the edge off that professional sheen that's so prevalent in XY.
