It looks like the problem is that today's version (including the zip of 0204 I downloaded from Marco's Dropbox) has yesterday's timestamp on the main executable. Matching exactly what 0203 had.

How's that possible? The timestamp of the exe is 20 June, ie today.

The same happens here.
Extraction with Winrar gives those timestamps.
Extraction with Windows/XYplorer gives today stamps.
While Don could, technically, have compiled both 0203 and 0204 last night and then published 0204 only this morning, it seems just plain conspiracy to me. I fail to see the reason for that.
And, anyway, this can't have any effect on the browser/ISP(?) cache. Both etag and last-modified have changed, else I wouldn't have been able to update nor Enternal's monitor would have worked.
